Welcome to the Tip Ride!

On this page you will fine some extremely generous people that are willing to run, job, bike, or crawl for every dollar you donate.  They are concerned about their  bartenders, servers, bar backs, and bussers.  

This community service project is non-governmental, NOT A NONPROFIT, direct action initiative to get cash in peoples' pockets who were directly affected by a sudden downturn as a result of the corona-virus, and the subsequent hospitality closures.

Here's how it works.  Our Tip Riders will run or ride one mile for every dollar you donate to them or their team with the proof going on their social media (#tipride).  This keeps us healthy, and you know you're getting your money's worth in sweat. 

We do healthy independent and socially distant activities (with social media proof), and folks out of work get cash as soon as it's available.  After processing fees (around 3%), your cash goes to replacing tips for applicants based on anonymous committee decision based on imminent need. 

Donations are NOT TAX DEDUCTIBLE, but 100% of the net proceeds will be donated to individuals in need without red tape, delays, or bureaucratic bullshit.  All receipts will be posted on our Instagram -- @thetipride for 100% transparency.
